I’m very disappointed with my assigned agent. There was very little communication between us. Every time I reached out to her, by text and/or call, I rarely would get a response. Or it would be very vague where I still had follow up question. I mostly dealt with other travelers agents. Also there was a mix up where a second enterprise car rental was sent out after I maxed out the 1200 limit- in which enterprise reached out to me ready to get me into another rental. I thought it sounded suspicious, but was rejoicing because unfortunately the collision center had to keep my car longer than expected. Only to find out it was sent by a mistake and Travelers never took any responsibility or apologized for the mistake. Instead they made me feel like I was crazy and said that they had no recollection of a second reservation being sent out. However, my enterprise agent even contacted Travelers and verified that it was sent out by mistake. So that was very upsetting. I ended up spending additional $400 in rental because the collision center was sent the wrong side mirror TWICE Back to back! despite having part numbers/serial numbers. The whole experience was not terrible, but there was no accountability from travelers concerning not my agent, but the mistake that was done on the behalf of the company. And unfortunately, my repairs ended up getting stretched out longer because the collision center had to get approval for a high-end part that should’ve been in the repair estimates in the first place.. When it came to reimbursement, it seemed like I had to do 80% of the legwork, simply because once I uploaded said proof, I gave the company a week and a half to respond only to have to reach out by phone and ask if the photos were acceptable and when would I expect my check. That is when they said they did receive it, but no one had checked into the claim so that they would send it out the same day I called and I should get it within seven business days. Overall, I feel like the experience was rated poorly. After being a faithful customer for so long, it is disappointing that when I need you guys the most I feel that I’m not compensated properly or treated with any kind of value
