Getting into an accident is never a good or fun thing. However, going through and dealing with Caliber Collision made it a surprising smooth & positive experience. Brandon, the manger over in Punta Gorda shop who helped me through this whole process was very kind and professional. He made sure he explained every step of the repair process that was going to happen and made sure he kept me as the customer up to date and informed throughout the whole duration on my vehicle repairs. Making sure he was available if I had any questions or concerns. They handled everything efficiently and is definitely a company I would trust again and would recommend to any family member or friend. Thank you for doing an excellent job and turning my unfortunate incident into a surprisingly smooth and positive experience.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my F150. Only one thing would have been nice if they would have blended the paint on the other head light surround to match the new one. Stands out. Also great service very friendly and easy to work with.
