I am very happy with caliber collision but my vehicle was not returned to me completely finished so now I have to bring it back because when the battery was disconnected And reconnected my power windows radio and DVD player have to be reprogrammed

Great job on the optima the collision people were great the representatives that put my car in there were awesome I feel like I was not interrogated by my insurance company the job was beautiful caliber collision did an awesome job on the vehicle I was waiting for my vehicle to be done before I switch to Geico because Geico was so great to me and they just took care of business within a half hour caliber collision went way over and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is right and I was worried that they were going to cut corners but they cut no corners very impressed

I went to pick up my car today and discovered that the repair was not to my satisfaction. The people at your port charlotte store jumped right on it to repair a minor problem. They went above and beyond especially Tammy . I have brought three of my vehicles there and was never unsatisfied. I recommended my friends to go there and have only heard praise. This was under A-1 Auto Body. Do not change things at thi s shop. They do a great job. Thanks.
