Their work or lack of work I should say is terrible. I would rather take it a shop that doesn't give a life time warranty like they do and take a better job the first time

First attempt at fixing my rear bumper they left me to drive off with my tail light not connected then realized that the bumper wasn't flush with the car like on the right side

After my car had been worked on and brought back from not being installed correctly I told the person that was showing me the work done that it still was not flush and looked bad. The guy tells me well I didn't work on it so I don't know anything about it. So I got the lady that did know about it and she insisted that it was correct even when I was showing her the right side and telling her the left side doesn't match.
