Except for them leaving some metal scraps in the bed of my truck, I was very satisfied. The work was done timely and they were very good about keeping the communication open while they had my truck. They did a very good job.

The morning I dropped my car off I had just left the emergency vet dropping my dog off for surgery. I didn’t think I needed to completely empty my car for this repair as it was minor. I pick my car up today and once I had a minute to look at my car I realized that my center console and glove box had been ransacked. I missing money I had as an “emergency “ in my car and it’s now missing. I know that was in there because it’s always in there I replace if ever used! It was burried at the bottom of my center console. To think a tech not only completely disconnected my expensive dash cam for a front bumper repair and then found. Themselves in places they never should have touched. It’s disheartening. I will be making a complaint to geico and never using yall again! I’m sure I’m missing a few other small items like a power bank for my phone and an inverter. But it’s all good. Completely unacceptable and you clearly have some untrustworthy people working for you
