The team at Caliber were friendly and informative. The repairs look great and my Jeep was ready for pickup prior to the quoted time! Caliber's main notification system was not well aligned, as my husband Morris, who is not the listed owner of this Jeep was the one being informed of the progress. I called and had his number removed, but notifications continued coming to him. Just as this notification did. I, Stephanie Barrett, am the only owner listed on the title to the 2026 Wrangler Sahara. This has no bearing on the performance of the team at the Kingstown location, but Caliber corporate should look into this as an area of improvement. The team who worked on my Jeep did a wonderful job and should be praised for their great work and professional, friendly service!
