Brook and Dave took very good care of my concerns and vehicle beyond what I've experienced from companies in my past. They kept clear communications with me as well. I'm very satisfied in the work done, and as I said, they went above and beyond what was expected. They walked through with me at pick up explaining in detail everything that was done. My car looks practically brand new, runs beautifully for her age and is now safe again. They worked very well with my insurance and myself. The whole team with them did amazing as well. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had work done at this particular caliber collision. The work there was incredible and the service was even better. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. They even took the time to notify me by giving me status updates periodically. I only wish I could contact corporate to let them know just how pleased I am with their services. Leaving my experience with this survey just doesn’t seem like it’s enough. Wish I could do more.. If whoever is seeing this can advise me on how I could please give me a call. I think I’m going to personally go by this caliber collision location and purchase everyone their lunch out of my own pocket.
