I strongly feel that shop was not working with our best interests in mind but that of the insurance company.

Quality of paint seems to be good. Questionable would be right corner panel coming loose when leaving shop. Another disturbing issue would be the lack of communication between customer and shop. Several unreturned phone messages before repair was completed. Lack or incorrect information about windshield relayed to insurance company. Denial of windshield replacement was very disappointing. License plate holder on bumper was to have been replaced that didn’t happen. I am pretty sure it was listed on the estimate that was submitted to insurance company.

The local shop did an amazing job, the only problem with customer service is the corporate would schedule unnecessary appointments and the communication between the two was not fluid creating issues.
