After market part put on and did not match up to body of the car (sure from the insurance request to use a non OEM part). Pointed out issue with wheel well at the time of pickup and was told this woild be looked at. This was not fixed. There was noticable impact to the exhaust line and the line was bent and my exhaust pipe push down and in.

I give Steve a 10. He agreed with me on the poor alignment of the bumper and found the issue with the exhaust. Boe tried to sell me on the bumper they put on and even though I walked around with him when I brought the car in he did not look into the exhaust issue. Tried to tell me the exhaust was normal. I could clearly see it was not. Tried to give me back the car without fixing the exhaust.

Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and listened to me. I felt like the team knew me. My repairs were related to an accident, being paid by the other's insurance company. Caliber handled the insurance and the rental car. I was kept informed via text. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Everything went better than I had anticipated.

The repairs were communicated well with me and also the timeline was laid out very well! Steve and Beau were incredible to work with and were incredibly personable! I have and would definitely recommend people to have work done at this shop!
