The work on the car turned out great. I dropped it off on a Friday and was told it would be ready two weeks later, with updates promised every Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any updates unless I reached out first. When I called that Tuesday, I was told it would be ready by Thursday—but the next day, I received another call pushing it to Friday. Given I had waited a week to get it in and was running on a non-insurance covered rental, it was a bit frustrating, but I understand things happen. The guys clearly did a good job on the car itself, but the communication throughout the process could have been much better. That said, they were great to work with overall.
