Caliber kept me updated with phone calls & text messages from the first day of the claim/repair until the completion date. My truck looked like brand new, right off the new truck lot. Everything was repaired with premium parts & the fit adjustments of the hood & doors was perfect. The truck was washed & vacuumed when I picked it up. Great bunch of guys at the Chippewa Falls location.
