From the moment I was contacted to do the work, every person was friendly and accommodating. As the work proceeded, I was kept up with the progress more than any service or repair place I have ever encountered. The workmanship was excellent and the care of its refinish was top notch. I had hoped it would be completed sooner but the time was perfectly reasonable for the work required. All in all 5 stars , and maybe a couple pluses for the attention to keeping me informed as they did throughout the repair. Also, kudos for suggesting them to Progressive.

Had my dodge ram repaired. The back quarter panel still has bumps in it. Back right taillight they replaced doesn't work. My chrome running board was never fixed or replaced.

I picked up my Toyota on Thursday after having work done on it and what a fantastic job. Patty my rep was on top of everything making sure that I was informed and every turn. She even was able to bring me home when I couldn't find somebody to assist. She is definitely top notch you don't want to lose her. I will always turn to caliber collision for my auto repair needs. Everything was a 10 except the vehicle is not completely repaired. The passenger headlight assembly and seal broke when the front end was hit shifting it to the right. Broke 2 plastic arms that hold the light in place. I told the person when I dropped it off. It was not looked at or repaired.
