Discovering a flat tire immediately after getting the car repair from Caliber Collision added additional frustration, expenses, and inconvenience.

I got my car back and then realized one of my tires was losing air until it went flat in 2 days' time.

From the moment I was contacted to do the work, every person was friendly and accommodating. As the work proceeded, I was kept up with the progress more than any service or repair place I have ever encountered. The workmanship was excellent and the care of its refinish was top notch. I had hoped it would be completed sooner but the time was perfectly reasonable for the work required. All in all 5 stars , and maybe a couple pluses for the attention to keeping me informed as they did throughout the repair. Also, kudos for suggesting them to Progressive.

Had my dodge ram repaired. The back quarter panel still has bumps in it. Back right taillight they replaced doesn't work. My chrome running board was never fixed or replaced.
