Should have told me that the paint would not be a perfect match to the color on the car. They put silver on the paint instead of the gold silver. Had to bring it back and have it repainted. The painting job was excellent, but the color was not the match. I had thought I would get. Perhaps if you were to inform customers upfront that the plastic covers on bumpers probably will not match the car color perfectly.

When I received vehicle, there was still rat debris throughout engine bay. No way anyone made a thorough inspection of full damage. Had guy who took claim and money help me clean it out before leaving.

Sean was very pleasant and took the time to make use comfortable with the process. We received communications about the progress and expected completion of the repair. We had a small concern at pickup and Sean had it fixed quickly. We were pleased to get the car back quickly and with the quality of the work.

I got hit by an Ebike on New Year's Day, wasn't the start I was hoping for, but the staff at Caliber helped ease the stress.
