I am very dissatisfied with the repair quality. After getting my car back, I noticed the lights had been tampered with, and several parts were not installed correctly. There are pieces hanging outside the car, and some mounting parts appear loose or missing. My car’s battery is now dead, which was not an issue before the repair. The shop stated that the bumper was replaced, but it was not installed properly—it still looks loose, and I honestly do not believe a new bumper was even installed. After waiting about a week for service, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. I expected safe, quality repairs and did not receive them. I would not recommend this service.
