Car looks great, timely fix. Staff are friendly and attentive. Communications are frequent letting you know where in the process they are. They even detailed the car! I was not expecting that. Above and beyond service. Overall exceptional service and experience.

My experience with Caliber in repairing my rear end damage TO my Rav 4 was absolutely a pleasant, easy, and great experience. Lydia at the front desk was very kind, nice, and helpful with information and a form I needed ro sign and check over. Lydia made it easy and effortless. Sean the estimator was also very helpful and informative from start to finish. I received constant updates from Sean regarding the repair. Just great. I would recommend Caliber to everyone. They were fantastic!
