Anthony was excellent. He got my car in right away and had it completes when he promised. He kept me informed everyday as to where my car was in the process. When I called the shop to speak with him I was able to talk to him every time. No voice mails. He absolutely goes above and beyond to make customers happy. The day after I reported the accident to travelers, I was contacted by an adjuster who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He told me I needed to take it to Caliber for an appraisal. Arriving at Caliber, I was met by a very nice lady who did the appraisal and told me everything that was going to happen and roughly when the car would be ready. I felt so good about their service that I left a vehicle there for repair. I am thrilled that I did. The repair came out flawlessly. The vehicle looks as good as new from start to finish. This was easy on me the customer, and I appreciate it. I will definitely recommend travelers and caliber.

Your adjuster told me to take my car to Caliber for the estimate. I went and was met by an amazing lady who was very was extremely detailed in what she was doing. Sh notices things we had not even noticed. I liked her work so much we decided to leave the car there for its repair. The quality of their work was excellent. Driving from St. Louis to Clearwater we hit a retread tire from a truck. Called our insurance company and they referred us to 3 repair shops. On our way in we saw Caliber Collision and stopped by. Kelsey made an appointment for an an estimate the next day with Lauren. Wow! Other locations made us wait for at least 2 weeks for an estimate! Lauren gave us an estimate and it was quickly approved with our insurance company. We do not have rental insurance on our vehicles, but Lauren referred us to a rental agency that gave us fabulous rates as well as provide pick up and drop off at Caliber Collision. I am not sure of all of the details on the team members, but in 7 working days our CRV was repaired and cleaned and ready for pick up. Everyone worked very hard and quickly to make our CRV beautiful! A shout out and kudos to the team members: Tony, Kelsey, Lauren, Neziel, Jose and Vlademier. As a side note, my husband and I are retired educators and we appreciate everyone that worked throughly, efficiently and professionally to keep our vehicle rental fees down. I plan to add vehicle insurance to our policy. Thanks to each of you for everything you did to repair our vehicle. Smiles! Deb
