When we brought my car in Sean was our person and he was super nice and friendly. We had some questions about the parts not being Subarau parts. Sean put our mind at ease and did not seem to be bothered with our question. We appreciated that. I called and spoke with Patrick because we received a text and call that our car was ready. The reason I called was because we had received a text saying our car would not be ready until 03/25/26. Patrick explained that text was an auto generated text. Patrick put me on hold and went to check and make sure our car was ready. When we came to pick up our car Patrick and Brittany were very friendly and nice. I called back the next day and spoke with Brittany because I had a light on my instrument board that is not usually on. Brittany said bring the car in and you all would take a look. Me and Brittany went out to the car and she figured out how to get the light off. Me and my husband are extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism you all provided to us. This was our first time coming to Caliber Collision. You guys are GREAT!! Thank you for taking good care of our car and us. I did not mention this but I think you cleaned up our car. If you did THANK YOU for that too.

The pin stripe on the side opposite the damage was buffed out or removed. It took an additional three days to fix. Generally, the pin striping repairs we not high quality( imperfections and smudges). I was also not notified when my car was ready for pickup the second time. I happened to check the original notification and saw where it had been updated. Otherwise, the rest of the repairs were excellent. Suggest you send the pin stripe person for remedial training and try to notify people when vehicles are ready in a timely fashion.
