Katia Hummel went about and beyond what she needed to do to make sure our MKX would be ready on Friday. AAA did not call back Katia or me and Katia did not give up. When we did get the ok to pick up the MKX. Katia made sure we went over every inch of the vehicle and we were happy with our New MKX. I dropped my car off at CC on 34th St in St Pete. A day later they call to say they are too busy to fix it and would like to send it to CC in Clearwater. Why did I wait over a month for an appt to get a call like this. CC in Clearwater was great but I really didn't appreciate the bait and switch with Cc st Petersburg. Poor professionalism.
