Caliber’s collision was so nice to me! The whole process felt less stressful- the repair went by quick. They really cleaned the inside of my car! I spilled coffee in there this morning and lately I’ve been so overwhelmed with school, and work, this fender bender and so many other things. I honestly was so embarrassed going to caliber with a messy car… But no one judged me. They actually took the time to explain how the process went. Even called the enterprise for me when I needed to pick up the car and was confused. After getting my Jeep back with a bumper that looks shiny, and the inside of my car just cleaned out of nowhere (didn’t expect it) made me feel relief. Employees there were respectful, courteous, and informative. Thank you I’d also like to Highlight Katia and a guy there who had brown hair I didn’t get his name( he was the one who called enterprise) because they were the biggest help in this process. I hope everyone who unfortunately gets into a fender bender gets to experience the service they gave to me. Highly recommend

The paint has an "orange peel" quality and there are new scratches where there never were any before. I'm hoping Caliber will make this right.
