Caliber Collision did an excellent job on my car repair. You wouldn’t know the car had been damaged. The staff was friendly, prompt and kept me informed of the progress. And the work was completed a day early. I highly recommend this shop.

Received my vehicle back with scratches in the trunk and along the sides of the trunk, footprints of a workboat throughout the vehicle. Third row seats were put down , an stepped on ruining the material.

Manager offered to pick up my car and detail it during the week , I can’t trust an employee of this business to drive my car . The vehicle also has a terrible smell that it did not have upon drop off.

I do have a problem as a lot of rear lights were replaced but there is a warning light on my dashboard showing a problem with a light. Per the Owners Manual.
