From initial contact to picking up my repaired car, Caliber's customer service is beyond awesome. Daily contact to keep you up-to-date on repair progress & they met their estimated completion date. Appreciate the assistance from the first day of trying to get accident damage estimate all the way to receiving my car back fixed. They were very thorough with explaining the process of how things work and we’re extremely on top of keeping me up-to-date on my car as it was being repaired. We are extremely grateful for Mike (Clovis-Barstow location) who went above and beyond to be there for us during our car repairs while we are experiencing some family emergencies as well. My initial encounter with the receptionist was not great but manager Daniel Valdez turned that around and was great. When I returned to have the work done the receptionist was much more pleasant and professional. I would return to that shop in the future if I had to have any more work done.
