I truly appreciated the updates I received, and the primary technician who assisted me - Mike - was super helpful and courteous. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by Mike at Caliber Collision in Clovis, Ca. Actually everyone I spoke to or interacted with was great. I was kept informed every step of the way as my car was being repaired. I was given regular updates weekly which was super nice. My car was ready to be picked up this morning however I could leave work to go pick it up so the team delivered my car to me at work and returned my rental car for me. The customer service of this team is 100% amazing and 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone who may need work done on their vehicle! Thank you Mike and team for a great experience.

Mike and team at the Clovis, Ca location on Barstow was amazing from start to finish. I was given updates regularly on my vehicle repairs. When it came time for me to pick up my vehicle I was given multiple options to get my vehicle whixh included them driving it to me and returning my rental back. If I ever need to have any vehicle repairs done again they will be my only choice.

I would give 100 if possible. Mike Bodine was the primary person I was in contact with and he was amazing! He kept me informed of my vehicles status every step of the way. When I need to call the office (which was only twice once when I brought it in and again when I was arranging to pick up my car, the front desk staff was just as helpful and professional.
