Absolutely — I would make it glowing, but still polished enough that it sounds credible and meaningful to Caliber management: I cannot praise the entire Caliber Collision team highly enough. From start to finish, the service was truly extraordinary—professional, efficient, courteous, and exceptionally customer-focused. Joshua absolutely outdid himself!!! He was incredibly responsive, professional, kind, and genuinely looked out for my best interests as a customer every step of the way. I have seldom experienced customer service at such an impeccable level. 🙏🥰 The entire team was top-notch. They completed the work perfectly and remarkably quickly—in just one day—and went well beyond what I expected. When I picked up my car late in the afternoon, it had even been washed, with the engine and A/C already running for me. That level of thoughtfulness says everything about how this team treats its customers. And when I tried to offer a tip as a small expression of my gratitude, they graciously declined it. Truly exceptional people and exceptional service. I could not recommend Joshua and this Caliber Collision team more highly! 💜💜💜

There were a few things that needed to be fixed after initially getting our car back. But they were very professional about it and fixed all of the problems further. We are happy with the results. It doesn’t look like the car was in an accident anymore!
