The lady was rude and condescending on when my car would be ready and then it wasn’t even ready the day she said. THEN, they didn’t even fix what was broken???? I honestly have no idea what they fixed because there’s still a clear crack in my bumper.

I had to have them fix a clip right off the bat. My horn doesn’t work still, they stated it must have been an issue already. They then said they’ll take it to Honda but I’ll be responsible for the diagnostics if they feel it’s not related. It worked before hand. Now the car over heated and my ac was out. I looked at the radiator and I am not seeing coolant inside, nor in the reservoir. Plus I found a clip and said it must have fallen off, now my windshield bottle is not attached to the car. I will never bring my vehicle here again.
