If recommending Caliber, I would advise to be proactive and persistent with inquiries of completion dates with both Caliber and/or the insurance company so everyone is on the same page. I would also stress the excellent quality of the work done on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Caliber Clovis if no insurance claim was involved and client was only looking fir quality work/repairs.

The automated email from Caliber stating my completion date was always inaccurate. When staff was asked about why dates were inaccurate, staff stated that we should just disregard the emails. I wondered why Caliber would even use such a system if they were aware of how inaccurate it is.

Caliber Clovis did a great job with my vehicle. I thought it would take a couple weeks however I dropped my car in on Friday and it was ready by following Friday. Josh kept me informed. Highly recommend to anyone needing car repairs due to accidents.
