Josh was amazing and took good care of our vehicle. My wife went to drop off the car while I was working and it was nice to see her being treated with such care. I felt comfortable with how Josh explain the process and answer all questions. Josh was present and always easy to get ahold of and answer all questions.

I’m beyond grateful on the treatment I had received from the receptionists and caliber collision communicating with me on the process of the repairs that were being performed I appreciate that tremendously it made me feel at ease and my vehicle was ready a day before they had mentioned to me and I appreciate that they had installed the extra side step instead of one cause of them coming in a set which I’m beyond grateful for I’m so pleased with the paint job that was done I had damage to the back passenger side door damage from an accident I was appreciative of the blend paint job that was done I couldn’t even notice the difference I’m so satisfied with the experience and treatment I had received and Cheryl was amazing with communication

First of all, my 1st contact was Ms. Janey who was very accommodating, nice and professional. Secondly, the Adjuster Ms. Ashley was very attentive to my concerns of visual and possible non visual damages. Lastly, the work was completed in a timely manner within the same week and they did an excellent job repairing what was needed. I highly recommend their services. Thanks to all the staff members who took part in fixing the damages expected to my vehicle. 😃
