My first call to the front desk was a great and pleasant experience. I had checked reviews and knew I wanted my car to be fixed at this location. Josh was awesome and kept me updated on every little detail. We are still waiting on replacement emblems but that is not Thr shops fault. We even got our car back a day early and it was so clean. I will be recommending the Clovis location and staff to friends and family. Thank you.

Thank you to the whole office staff and Josh for being so friendly and efficient! I appreciate the customer service that was provided! You don’t see that much these days. I also appreciate the constant communication it made everything super easy. If I had to make a suggestion it would be for service repair people to lay down a protective film in the car if they are going to be inside the car. My front passenger seat mat was super dusty. But over all thank you for the team for making this a super pleasant, quick, and excellent experience!
