Some one went through my settings in speedometer cluster. Plus when I was going through my car my driver mirror was back cover was cracked open and the lady that gave me back my car pup it back in . So no the service was fast and I didn’t like it .

All of the team members I had interactions were kind, extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent service, advice and guidance. They exceeded my expectations and they made the experience less stressful. I've been driving for 30 years and this is my first experience with an insurance claim and I felt valued and supported.

This was my first experience with having an accident and using insurance. Ashley and her team are knowledgeable and compassionate when helping their customers. I was worried about the alignment of my vehicle, due to the nature of the incident, my parked vehicle was pulled several inches across the parking stall, the insurance company did not include an alignment check in my claim. When I asked Ashley for advice she gave me the guidance I needed. Not only did she take great care with my vehicle repair and my concerns they completed the work over a week ahead of estimated schedule. The vehicle had additional damage that required additional parts beyond the original estimate but they still managed to get it done with expediency. I had interactions with multiple employees at Caliber collision and they were all professional, knowledgeable and compassionate to my concerns. They exceeded every expectation I had and made an unexpected hardship easy to get through. Thank you Ashley and team. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and wishing you all an awesome 2026.

My wife was involved in a car accident with both our little boys in the car with her. This event was stressful for my family. I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision. The entire process was fast and the staff at Caliber Collision was very professional and thorough in explaining the repairs. They were able to repair the damage to my vehicle fast and as good as new. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.
