Came in on a Monday to go over the damages that was done and confirm with a caliber collision consultant named Josh, he was fantastic, strict to the point realistic, and extremely professional. I got a call on Tuesday saying my vehicle should be done very soon and most times I’m thinking it’ll take a few weeks however they called me on a Friday telling me my vehicle is already done. This is more than satisfaction on their end and I would recommend them to anybody who needs a repair.

The tire light is on not sure why. Taking it to Les Schwab to have the tire pressure checked. It was not on when the car was dropped off. There were some items left in the car that appear to belong to your shop. Car seat protectors. The car it looks great. Thank you for taking great care of the car itself.

Ashley and the rest of the team at the Caliber location on Minnewawa were fantastic. The process was very quick. I dropped my wife’s Yukon off on Tuesday and there was a rental basically ready for me. Then the Yukon was done by Friday! Amazing! Great job Ashley! I really appreciate how well I was taken care of.

The window makes noise going up and down. The key fobs, though discussed in advance, do not both work, though I was assured that the locksmith had got them both working

When I am given an answer that a repair was completed as discussed before the work was done,and it is not completed, I guarantee I will not be happy. Now I have to take more time to return to the shop to get the promised work completed.
