Ashley is the Best in Class collision repair specialist in the valley. Caliber is the gold standard.This service compared to my last 3 was odd. My truck went in on 11/5 and was not ready until 11/21. Weather and paint application issues at this location appear to be the cause. The step rail that was ordered was not correct. Ashley will have the correct one in next week. I signed the release so that caliber could get their funds from State Farm. I trust Caliber and Ashley. Will continue to refer friends and relatives to her.

Ashley is the Brand professional for Caliber. Best collision advisor in the Valley. small repair but weather and Ca compliant paint caused the process to take 16 days. Wrong running board came in. Will get correct one this week.caliber continues to be the industry leader.

From the moment I walked through the door, until my vehicle was delivered I was greeted by Janie in a professional manner. She explained the process and made sure that I had the names and phone numbers of those who had been assigned to my car. She also made arrangements for me to get a ride home. I then spoke to Ashley to made sure to keep me updated on the repairs every single day. Upon completion, she even made arrangements to deliver my vehicle to me! She is an asset to the company! Don’t ever let her go! Also, a shout out to Chia whose pleasant conversation was amusing. I will definitely recommend you ! Thank you Susan Passler

I have to admit that my experience with caliber collision was absolutely great from when I met the person Joshua who came out and assessed the damage on my car and worked up an estimate and put it in writing and then I asked how long it would take to fix my car and he said figure 2 maybe three days and he called me the second day and said it was all done and the estimate he gave me had stay the same…. my car looked flawless, and I was 100% happy.

Just so you know, I did send my comments yesterday I believe, but I was very happy with the service they came through for me and getting it out quickly and the car came out flawless.. a young man named Joshua was my contact there and he kept me up-to-date and came through 100%.. I would highly recommend caliber collision for anybody worked etc. that needed to be done…
