Everything was made so much easier for me. Juanita and Fred were very responsive. I felt as if I didn't have to worry about anything, and I didn't. It is EXTREMELY refreshing not to have to feel that I have to make sure everything was done. I trust them. I will always come back to that location any time the need arises!

Everyone I felt with was wonderful! They even washed my car! When I dropped off my car Serena had already lined up my rental car at hertz. The young man that drove me was so nice. He dropped me off and hertz didn’t have a car compared to mine. They were going to give me a smaller car. I chose to pay the difference. I emailed Serena the next day and she contacted State Farm and they paid the difference! Serena rocks!! You’re entire team is awesome. I dropped off at the Sunnyside location and picked up at the minnewawa location. When I have a repair I’m coming back!! And I’ll open my big mouth and tell everyone how awesome you all are!! Thank you so much!
