Nobody ever wants to need to repair a vehicle due to an accident, however I have to say that everyone at Caliber made this process so simple. Juanita was very welcoming and great at answering my first timer questions. Jeff went through the whole process with me and explained everything that would be done to repair my vehicle. He kept me updated through the whole process, which they finished ahead of schedule. On top of all of the great customer service, my car looks brand new again...absolutely beautiful.
