Could have been better if I wasnât asked to call the insurance company to ask them to cover an item. The customer should not have to do this.

2nd time customer, very satisfied will return/recommend if I'm ever in the position to need any more work. Caliber worked with my adjuster through the Turo app (appraisal through photos) to an agreed upon price. Kept me updated of the entire process and progress of part orders and the work. Bonus, my car came back cleaner than it has ever been!
