I dealt mostly through service advisor Vicky Smith and was completely satisfied with her interest in making this experience the most painless possible. The final product was my black Lexus ES300h in pristine condition when I picked it up and included a wash and wax to cap it all off. The only complaint would be to have the job take five days rather than the estimated four days that we were without our car. I understand that was caused by an incorrect fog lamp socket that arrived without replacement wiring in the installation kit.

Just out of curiosity I would like to know why the tires weren't rotated fully and if the alignment was looked at.. I wasn't the one who picked up the vehicle.
