My experience from start to finish was top notch. Alyssa in the office contacted me immediately following my accident and scheduled my estimate for the next morning at my request. Vicky handled my estimate and kept me posted at least once per day (sometimes more when necessary). She was extremely personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Caliber worked very efficiently with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) and the car rental company (Enterprise) to provide The utmost convenience to me. I was extremely pleased with the work, repair, replacement job done on my vehicle, and it was completed two days ahead of estimated schedule. Very satisfied customer here.
