Overall experience was great. Vicky was our representative from start to finish, very professional and kept us updated routinely. All of our questions and concerns were addressed with great consideration. Vicky was awesome and made the entire experience pain free and easy...not to mention that the repairs themselves look great! This was our second experience with Vicky and this auto body shop, we will always use them!
