Good repair, but one of turn signals do not function correctly, on the headlights it does not turn on any light and on the tailights it blinks too fast. My windshield wiper fluid does not work either

I was told the color would match and it doesn't. It also seems very convenient that we get the car back after the rear lights were disassembled and reassembled and the bulbs were all blown out.
