Came to pick up the car twice and problems that should have been fixed (were discussed at the beginning of us dropping it off) were not fixed. To the point where we needed the car so we told them we would fix the last thing ourselves

They did a wonderful job fixing my car. Replaced and painted bumper and fender. They were very efficient, good price, and friendly. Alex was very courteous and kept me updated on the repairs. He is a wonderful representative for your company! I was very impressed with everyone that worked on my vehicle and the paint job was beautiful. I’ll definitely refer Caliber Collision to my friends and neighbors. ❤️

The staff was very friendly and communicative. They kept me informed at each step of the way. Due to suppliers. My parts were not provided to Caliber in a timely fashion and Caliber had to use a different supplier which lengthened the time my car was at the shop for repair. Once the parts were in the repair was done in the timely fashion and the quality was good. One suggestion I would have, to shorten the time that a vehicle is in for repair is not to schedule the bringing of the vehicle until the parts are ordered and are in. I had to get a rental car for nine days. I would have had less days with a Rental Car if I had waited until the parts came in to drop my car off at the shop. Thankfully, my car was still drivable at the time of the deer strike so I could have saved money on the Rental Car By not having to take it in so early. I would probably use Caliber again for any future repairs with that small caveat. I really liked the ability for this company to send text messages on the different stages of the Repair. And when there was a little delay with the parts being delivered, I received a personal call which was always a plus.
