This was my first time using Caliber, and the experience was amazing! From the excellent customer service from the young lady at the front desk to the scheduling of my estimate and repairs, everything was seamless. They kept me updated every few days through text messages and their website, all the way through completion. I picked up my car just one week after dropping it off, and I was absolutely stunned. My car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! The lifetime warranty was an added bonus. A huge thank you to the paint and body technician for doing such an outstanding job, and to my representative Chase for providing excellent service throughout the process.
