Antoine and his team did a great job! I was well pleased with the work. I will say that because my car was drivable, it would have been less of a financial strain for me if I could have driven it while waiting on my turn for repair. I waited a month for my turn in date, then another wait for estimate and repair. My rental coverage by insurance ran out before my car ever had damage estimate. If cars are drivable, it would be helpful if you do the estimate of damage and allow the owner to bring the car in when you actually have the parts and are ready to start the repair. That is my only suggestion.

We had initial problems when our first Caliber contact left the company, but our second contact was excellent. The automated notification system needs to be improved-t generates misleading text messages.
