Thought the whole process was very smooth Didn’t meet any technician from the shop we just worked with the office staff and the receptionist was wonderful and very professional as was the manager also and I really hated that I had to be there because that meant my truck was messed up but caliber in Cookeville made it easy to deal with and I would recommend their services to friends and also use them again myself if I need to so I give them a 10 out of 10

The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable The receptionist lady (Rachel) was super helpful and very pleasant to talk with and the manager was a really nice man He explained everything they had done to our truck and I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a body repair shop and I also liked that they were collecting for the food drive That makes this company a great fit for our community

I took my car here to get a new rim for one of my tires. They had to order it, and were having it installed by Firestone across the street. I was bringing it in Friday and they knew I was coming that day since Tuesday. Caliber Collision took my car over to Firestone, and me and my fiance were told it would take 15-30 minutes. We ended up waiting almost 3 1/2 hours. Although it was inconvenient to have to wait that long it was not Caliber Collision’s fault whatsoever. They called Firestone multiple times to see what was taking so long and they kept claiming that they had one car in front of mine. They were very apologetic, and even didn’t require me to pay the cost of maintenance to them. They said they were no longer going to do business with Firestone because of their poor planning and being inconsiderate of my time. What made the experience so great at Caliber was the receptionist lady up front. She chatted with me and my fiance while we waited, and even let us put what we wanted on the TV. She was so incredibly kind and great at her job. I am very grateful for her customer service.
