They were pleasant enough, yes. The 2nd time I dropped my car off, and the 3rd time it felt a little off. The 4th time I was back to pick up my car after the camera had to be replaced again, I felt very dismissed. No communication, I had to ask the questions. The man I had been working with barely spoke to me, and there was a huge mark down my car that looked like a massive scratch. They then had to take it back in the garage and buff it out. Overall dissatisfied with the service, because, I understand that things happen. But, I should not have to be chasing down answers to something I paid for to be done.

The initial drop off and pick up went great. I had to drop it off 3 more times after that, and I felt a little dismissed.
