Derik was the one that was in charge or my vehicle. The initial day I was supposed to pick it up they stayed late because my vehicle wasn’t finished until close to closing hours. I had concerns about part of the repair because my vehicle was new prior to my accident. I voiced my concerns to Derik and he immediately said he would send it back for a second opinion and see if there was anything they could do to repair what I was concerned about. I voiced how important it was that I have my car back before the weekend because I needed it for work. The following day I received a phone call at 10:45am that my vehicle was ready for pickup. The final result from the paint job to everything that had to be replaced was exactly what I needed! My vehicle looks like it was never involved in an accident and for that I am grateful!

The only complaint is the we had to rent a car for 2 weeks. It took Caliber some time to start working on our truck. Part Availability?? Staff ??? We rented from Enterprise but I did not know Enterprise was one of the additional benefits of having USAA. Should I submit my bill to you. ????

His follow-through was excellent and everything he said he would do, he did! Also, Myisha was absolutely lovely as she was friendly and personable!
