Caliber did great repairs. I know dealing with insurance companies is difficult and accidents can be frustrating, my experience was no exception but no cause of Caliber but there were some communication gaps that could have been prevented. Messages were posted regarding our deductible being waived but…every communication from caliber referenced our need to pay our deductible. Otherwise everything was top quality work. Derek was great.

My vehicle was damaged while it was at Caliber Collision on Everhart and SPID in Corpus Christi Tx. It seemed like a temporary repair was staged for pick up, but was then knocked loose once the vehicle was driven. I have photos of my vehicle when I dropped it off to Caliber and a caliber collision representative also took pictures when my truck was dropped off. I guarantee that when I go back to Caliber tomorrow, they are going to claim that they don’t have any photos. I’m very dissatisfied with the unethical way this was handled by Caliber Collision representatives. I brought my vehicle here because I thought it was an upstanding business. I was very wrong.

One of my tire sensors went out and although it is a normal event due to wear and tear, I feel that the censor may have been damaged during repairs. Due to the age of the sensor it is not something I feel warranted moving forward with, but it makes me feel uncomfortable knowing that the codes may have been cleared in order to avoid detection when a simple conversation could have been had between myself and the technician that discovered the censor was out.
