Justin provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process at Caliber Collision. He constantly kept me updated and regularly checked in on the status of my Jeep repairs, which I really appreciated. He was professional, communicative, and always made sure I knew what was going on. He also sincerely apologized for any delays and handled everything with care and understanding. Justin made the whole experience much less stressful, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Our truck took 3and a half months to get fixed and keep getting lied to about next week and next week for a whole month of excuses. I had another bigger truck with the same amount of damage in another shop that only took 3 weeks to fix. I am glad I took my other 2 cars elsewhere. I will never bring my cars here ever again. DEREK was rude and never had an answer for anything.
