From the moment I stepped into the building the customer service was amazing. Your admin was warm and friendly, offered water while I waited. Marisa explained the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. This process could have been so stressful but thanks to everyone at caliber it was smooth sailing. Her attention to details in explaining every step of the way and her communication with me throughout the processes was appreciated. From beginning to end, the Calliber Team always kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and explained things to me along the way. Justin kept his promise by updating me every MWF, without fail. Derrek, who initially got me checked in and then, went over the completed work with me as well was great. He resolved and explained an issue I had at pick up and even shared pictures of the repairs.
