Vehicle wasn’t ready on the scheduled day. On the day it was suppose to be ready I went and observed my vehicle and there was clearly a visible scratch that was there due to a piece of an equipment they use to repair the damage. I notifified the manager and it was taken care of and I received my vehicle 2 days later. Besides that I thought they did a really good job.

I appreciated the immediate scheduling for my repairs when my vehicle was not drivable. The communication I received was informative and convenient. The team did a nice job on the repairs and responded positively to my questions on the aftermarket hood latches.

My only issue was the towing company that was sent my way was way over priced along with their extra fees that weren’t communicated prior to my car being towed. Insurance wouldn’t cover the full amount because of it.

Absolutely satisfied. From estimate to job completion, Scott Scarborough was courteous and professional, as was front office person whose name unfortunately escapes me at this moment, and obviously the staff that did the actual work in the time that was promised. I highly recommend Caliber colisión and though I hope I won’t need it anytime soon, I would not hesitate to trust them again if the need arose.
