Well, it’s just weird that when I picked up my car it had some very obvious issues when I drove it. It had a shimmy, was hard to steer and had a whining sound and then a flutter. I think some parts were put in and moved a bit too far and were rubbing or something. I will never believe it was a coincidence. (That something started to fail right at time of pickup).

I loved everything except this: when I drove it off the lot, I noticed some very obvious issues with how it ran. The steering was wobbly and difficult, there was a whine noise in the engine. They couldn’t find anything they had done to cause that. They put in some steering fluid and that took care of it but I’m convinced they did something that caused the problem. Pushed or moved something just a little too far and caused a rub or friction somewhere

The repair was perfect! Truck looks great. I love that they detail the interior so you get a clean new looking vehicle

Very professional and responsive. Got the estimate quickly, they got it done earlier than projected and sent update texts and emails
