Took our repair seriously!!! Did not have to wait weeks or months to get car in for repairs. Went above and beyond the repair. They washed the outside cleaned the inside. Found a pair of slippers that I thought I looked high and low for...they deep cleaned the inside. We do highly recommend Caliber collision vehicle body work. Will go back if we need to.

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful, in person and on the phone. The receptionist even made me a nice cup of Keurig green tea when I dropped off my car. I'd made an appointment with the rental car place to pick me up, but Caliber called them anyway to tell them I was ready to go. My car looks beautiful, and they also washed it as well as cleaned the interior. That extra effort really lifted my spirits.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of my vehicle. I understand completely the issue of the part being on back order. I want to say Thank you to all the staff. I really appreciated that even my junk was neatly placed in a box in the back. There was glass everywhere in my truck and to be honest I am amazed. Again sending my sincere gratitude for the attentiveness to detail. Thank you all.
